I am writing this letter to recommend Erin Goldbach.
I initially met Erin in conjunction with a mutual organization of ours. I indicated to Erin that I was looking for a property manager for real estate that I own.
Speaking with Erin, I became extremely impressed by his knowledge of real estate and what needs to happen with respect to investment property management. Erin currently manages the real estate that I assigned to him. I am pleased with the job that he does.
I have also called upon Erin to give me advice on other real estate ventures that I have been exploring. Even though some have not come to fruition and there was no guarantee that Erin would benefit financially from the information, he gave me wonderful advice and direction. He is a wealth of knowledge.
I am currently in the process of adding more real estate to my financial portfolio and will be looking to Erin to manage them should he desire to do so.
I appreciate and admire Erin’s work enthusiasm, pride and professionalism and highly recommend him for any endeavor he chooses to pursue.
